Finely shredded uncooked Napa Cabbage, mixed fresh in mashed Yukon Gold potatoes with farm made Kielbasa sausage and gravy, a quick and delicious nourishing dinner.
Cooking Instructions

Chunk and boil the potatoes, skin on, 30 minutes. Drain, dry cook the pan 30 seconds. Mash with milk.

Fry diced bacon with pepper till golden.
- 3
Remove bacon, slice and fry kielbasa sausage in bacon fat.

Finely shred the napa cabbage across the grain.
- 5
Mix potatoes with bacon bits and shredded cabbage.
- 6
Make the gravy from bacon and kielbasa fat and soy sauce, with cornstarch to thicken. Taste. Add Tbs of vinegar for flavor.

Put kielbasa on top of cabbage potato mash, pour gravy over, serve.
