Peel and cut potato into 1 inches and boil in salted water for 15 mninutes.

In a heavy bottom pan add oil heat for 2 minutes, add cumin seeds. Cook 2 minutes. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook 30 seconds.

Add chopped onions and cook 4 minutes. Add turmeric, chilli powder, green chillies and cook 1 minute.

Add boiled potatoes and all the vegetables and tomatoes. Mix it well. Add salt. Add 1/2 cup boiling water, more if needed. Mix and cook until done.
