Marinate the ground pork with 1/2 tablespoon seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce.

Grind the chilies and garlic together.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil. Add the ground chili and garlic mixture and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the marinated ground pork and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add the Thai basil leaves (small leaves are especially fragrant) and sliced yellow chilies for color.
