If you’re making Laab, you’ll definitely need Khao Kua. This toasted rice powder is a key ingredient in so many Thai salads. It adds a nutty depth and some texture that brings everything together. It’s easy to make at home, smells incredible, and keeps well in your pantry so you can always have some on hand for when the Laab cravings hit.
