    To make Moria Kheer, take 1 bowl of Moria, take 1 bowl of milk and take 1 bowl of sugar. Now wash the Moria twice and grind it. Put 2 bowls of water in a bowl of Moria and put it in a pan on the gas and let it boil on low gas.

    The Moria should not boil for long. When the Moria is boiled, add milk to it and stir. Now add sugar to it and boil it until the milk and sugar water burn. Now add cardamom powder to it, remove it from the heat and let it cool. Garnish with cardamom seeds and serve.

    Very nutritious and healthy pudding during Navratri.
