Marinate the pork shoulder with char siu seasoning mixed with a little water. Let it sit overnight, then pan-fry over medium heat until both sides are golden and the pork is cooked through. Slice into pieces.

Wash the flowers and greens, then soak them in diluted vinegar for 5 minutes to remove any insects.

Prepare the dipping fish sauce and pickled vegetables.
