1 tspRoasted cumin seeds
1 teaspoon, black pepper
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1teaspoon sea salt,
250 grams of rock sugar
7/8 ice cube
1 glass cold water
Half lemon juice
takhmaria is optional

Grind all the ingredients like cumin seeds, sugar, pepper, ginger, salt in a mixer and make a powder. Now in a glass, add 2 spoons of this powder, juice of half a lemon, ice, soda/cold water, stir well and serve with kefir.
