Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupsminced kimchi
  2. 1/2 cupkimchi juice
  3. 2 tbspssesame oil
  4. 2 tbspssoy sauce
  5. 1 tbspgochujang
  6. 4 cupsday old rice
  7. 2 stalksgreen onion
  8. 1chopped white onion
  9. 0.25 lbpork chop

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop up your kimchi, onion, green onions, & pork chop.

  2. 2

    Cook your pork over medium/high heat for about 8 minutes.

    Add your white and green onions. Sauté until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Mix in your rice, kimchi, & kimchi juice.

  5. 5

    Add your gochujang and mix.

  6. 6

    Drizzle in the sesame oil, & serve with a fried egg. Enjoy!
