1orange squeezed
4garlic cloves
1shallot minced
2 Tsoy sauce
1 Trice vinegar
1 Toil
Salt, pepper

Saute shallots for 3 minutes

Add garlic. Saute for 3 more minutes

Add black beans and mash. You can blend the mixture at this point.

Add orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, pepper and salt to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
