Ingredients

1 bowl
  1. 1/2 kgbitter gourd
  2. 3-4onion
  3. 1.5 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1.5 tspmango powder
  5. 1.5 tspsalt or as per requirement
  6. 1 tspshakkar or adjust as per taste
  7. 5-6 tbspmustard oil
  8. 1.5 tspcumin+ coriander powder
  9. 2 tbspwater

    Wash bitter gourd properly and don't peel only slit from centre

    Heat oil in the wok or pan and add bitter gourd fry in a very low flame it will take some time

  3. 3

    After frying transfer to a plate.Take out excess oil from the pan.Then in hand chopper add onions and chop properly

  4. 4

    Add chopped onion in the same wok & roast on a very slow flame

  5. 5

    When it changes colour & water of the onion exhaust add salt mix and cook till raw smell goes out

    Now add red chilli powder and saute well then add mango,cumin+ coriander powder

    Mix well then add shakkar & 2 tbsp of water saute for a min. & off the flame 🔥

    Let it cool a little.Then fill this masala mixture little by little in the bitter gourds

  9. 9

    Stuffed Bitter Gourd is ready to serve with roti and enjoy 😋
