Chop the scallion. In a bowl, mix the ground pork with the seasonings, then add water and the chopped scallion. Mix well.

Once the scallion pancake has thawed, wrap the filling inside and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Place in an air fryer at 356°F (180°C) for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 10 minutes until done.
