Ingredients

  1. 4small kache aam/ kairi
  2. 2onion
  3. 3green chillies
  4. 1 handfuldry pudina
  5. 1 tsproasted cumin seeds
  6. 1 tspshakkar or as per taste
  7. 1 tbspcurd
  8. 1 tspsalt or as per taste
  9. 1 piececharcoal
  10. 3-4 dropsmustard oil

    Peel,wash cut kacche aam & onion

  2. 2

    Add both in the grinder jar & also add roughly chopped green chillies,roasted cumin seeds & shakkar

  3. 3

    Blend them & add dry pudina, curd & salt again blend & transfer to a serving dish

  4. 4

    For Smokey flavour take a piece of coal and put it over the flame when it becomes red or completely hot take it out in the spoon put it over the chutney add drops of mustard oil & cover

  5. 5

    Keep it covered for a few seconds & serve Smokey Shasha during summer season with lunch & enjoy 😋
