Red Shiso Leaves Pink Juice (Just boil👏)

Take 10 leaves from my pot garden. Wash them.

Boil 400ml of water, add the washed leaves, and boil for 5 minutes. They will turn a bluish color at first.

After 5 minutes, remove the leaves and add the sugar and allow it to dissolve.

Squeeze lemon and remove seeds.

If you add lemon juice to Shiso leaves juice, it will quickly turn pink.

Enjoy with ice.
