Tom Yum Soup (No Noodles)

Blanch the spinach, enoki mushrooms, and green beans.

Bring water to a boil to make the broth. Add the aromatics paste and daikon radish.

Blanch the sliced pork, pork intestine, and pork liver.

Blanch the pork heart.

Pour the prepared broth over the meats and vegetables. Add dried shrimp, ground peanuts, chili flakes, lime juice, fish sauce, and chopped cilantro and green onion. Mix well, then pour over the prepared ingredients.

Ready to serve! This is a clean, sugar-free version. Reduce sodium where possible, for example, the broth does not contain soy sauce or other seasonings, since you'll season it as Tom Yum at the end.
