Wash cauliflower and make small pieces. Peeland make pieces of potato as well as tomato. Take a pan. Put oil, musterd seeds let them crackled. Then put asafotida then cauliflower and potato stir well. Let it cook on low flame.Cover with lid.

When half cooked add tomato, salt, laal mirch powder and sugar and again cook for some time on low flame.

For Jowar bhakri take Jowar flour add water as per requirement and Knead to make dough. If you want to add salt in flour you can add. I didn't add.

Take a small portion of dough and flattend with the help of palm.

Put the bhakri on hot pan. Apply water on the upper side of the it. Cook from both the sides.

Jowar bhakri and sabji is ready.
