  • 2eggs
  • Seafood of your choice, such as mussels, squid, clams, or shrimp
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  • 2 teaspoonslight soy sauce
  • leavesFresh basil

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and sauté the seafood until almost cooked.

    Add the basil leaves and stir-fry together.

    Beat the eggs with the sugar and soy sauce until well combined, then pour over the seafood.

    Cook the omelet until both sides are fully cooked, then transfer to a plate.
