For aloo stuffing.boil and peel potato.smash it. In a pan heat oil add boiled potato and all masala.Potato stuffing is ready.roll one roti put cut as shown.

On one side put potato filling, 2 and side grated paneer,3 part onion and coriander leaves.and sprinkle paratha masala.Fold it.Roll it and roast on tawa with ghee.

Make pieces serve hot.

Serve with green chutney, tomato ketchup or curd.
