Spread dosa batter on hot tawa.

Spread oil on dosa, then spread garlic chutney.
- 3
Grate some cheese and add Coriander leaves.

Make crispy garlic cheese dosa.

For potato bhaji add oil in kadai add mustard seeds, urad dal, chanadal, asafoetida, curry leaves, add chopped onion, green chilli.

Add boiled matar, turmeric, and boiled potato, add salt and tometoes.

Mix it well.

In blending jar add roasted bengal gram, dessicated coconut, green chilli, curd, salt, water and grind to fine paste.

Then take out in bowl, add tadka of oil, mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and curry leaves.

Serve chilli garlic dosa, with coconut chutney, potato bhaji, sambhar.
