to prepare the chicken, cut it into bite sized pieces

Cut the burdock root,the carrots and radishes

the fried tofu to strips and the konjac to bite-sized pieces

Add sesame oil and fry the ingredients and fry the chicken

Once the color changes, add the rest of the ingredients

Add the stock and boil. Add water and kelp stock

simmer until the ingredients are soft.

Add the fried tofu and simmer a little longer.
