Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6 TBSflaxseed or flaxseed meal
  • 3.5 TBSchia seeds
  • 6 ouncesrolled oats
  • 3.5 TBScashews, hazelnuts or almonds, sliced or chopped
  • 3.5 TBSwalnuts, chopped
  • 3 (5 TBS)sesame seeds
  • 5 TBSpumpkin seeds
  • 5 TBSsunflower seeds
  • 2 TBSpsyllium husks
  • 1.5 cupswater
  • 2 tbsevoo
  • 1 tspsea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oats, chia seeds and flaxseed to a blender to make a flour.

  2. 2

    Mix all other in a bowl and knead.

  3. 3

    Place in a bread loaf pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the top with seeds.

  4. 4

    Place in 350° preheated oven for 75 to 90 minutes (until internal temperature of 190°).

  5. 5

    Cool completely before slicing.
