First set curd of 750 ml milk and chill it in the fridge. Now, keep a clean cloth on a strainer and tie the chilled curd in the cloth. Keep this arrangement, with a weight on top,in the fridge for 24 hours

Slice 1 onion and deep fry them crispy. Cool completely. Chop cashew and kishmish.

Ready all the ingredients and keep ready.

After 24 hours or when hung curd is thick without any water, take hung curd in a mixing bowl. Grate in paneer and cheese.

Mix these 3 ingredients well. Add in the dry masalas

Add in coriander,mint,ggg chopped. Mix.

Add in fried onions and mix. Add in 3-4 tsp dariya powder and mix

Mix well to form a dough-like mixture. Grease palms with little oil and take a small portion of the mixture.

Shape it into a kabab shape. Roll into dry bread crumbs. Similarly,shape all.

Roast on medium flame using ghee. Turn when first side is done.

Meanwhile,make lachha pyaaz with 1 onion,1/2 tsp vinegar,1/4 tsp chat masala,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp chilli powder and 1 tsp coriander. Mix well. When both sides of kabab are done take on serving plate. Serve with lachha pyaaz and green chutney.

Tips
Use homemade curd for best results.
