Tuna in Yellow Broth (TONGKOL KUAH KUNING)

Yesterday I'm interested in one tuna that weighing almost 2 kg, but I bought and share them with other buyers so I got 800 gr. I give the fish meat seasoning directly then fry, well that part around the head I cook for a yellow sauce.
This recipe is common in Indonesia, because from the start of the archipelago west end to the east end has the recipe for each.
