  1. 2.8 ozwhole wheat rice vermicelli noodles (80 grams)
  2. 1.8 ozpork, thinly sliced (50 grams)
  3. 1 stalkChinese broccoli (gai lan)
  4. 1large egg
  5. 1/2 tablespoondark soy sauce
  6. 1/2 tablespoonoyster sauce
  7. 1/2 tablespoonfish sauce
  8. 1/2 tablespoongranulated sugar
  9. 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  10. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  11. Ground black pepper, for garnish

    Soak the rice vermicelli noodles in water until softened. Cut the Chinese broccoli into 2-inch pieces. Thinly slice the pork.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until golden. Add the pork and stir-fry until just cooked.
