I usually cook sautéed potatoes with anchovy and garlic. I added broccoli for this recipe.

I usually cook sautéed potatoes with anchovy and garlic. I added broccoli for this recipe.

Peel potatoes and cut them into about 3×3cm pieces. Boil them for about 10 minutes.

Cut broccoli into branches and boil them for 2 minutes.

Heat a pan and put anchovy (fillets and oil together) and garlic. Cook them on a low flame.
- 4
Add broccoli, potatoes and 1/4 cup of water. Cook them until they become dry.

Dish them up and add some roasted almonds if you like.
