Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them with salt.

Once cooked, drain the potatoes and let them cool, then mash them.

Add chopped cilantro, hot pepper, and cheese to the mashed potatoes.

Shape the mixture into balls or as shown in the picture. Dip each piece in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then fry in oil until golden brown.

Garnish with cilantro and lemon.
