Boil meat and stock fish with Maggi,salt and onion.allow to boil till is soft.

Add more water enough for the soup allow to boil.then sprinkle the egusi in it.

Add achi but sprinkle it and stir very well.allow to boil for 5mins make sure no lumps.

Add palmoil and leave it boil till the oil circulates well.

Add crayfish,pepper,salt and Maggi leave to boil for 3mins.

Then check the salt and add the uziza leaf first then add the ugu.fugu.food is ready better serve with yellow garri.
