Ingredients

8-10Anchovy Filets *finely chopped
1 cloveGarlic *grated
2 tablespoonsParsley *finely chopped
2 teaspoonsWhole Grain Mustard
1 teaspoonTabasco
1 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce (‘Lea & Perrins’)
2 tablespoonsRed Wine Vinegar OR White Wine Vinegar
1 pinchSugar
1Egg Yolk
3/4 cupOlive Oil

Steps

Place all ingredients except Olive Oil in a bowl and mix well.

Whisk in 3/4 cup Olive Oil, a very small amount at a time, whisking constantly until thick and creamy. If you add the Oil too quickly, the mixture may split.
