Place the meat, water, and bay leaves in the pressure cooker. Cook for about 30 minutes after sealing, then reduce the heat.

Once the pressure cooker is cool and you can open it, remove the meat and shred it. Set aside.

Quarter the tomatoes and blend them with the onion, garlic, salt, cumin, and a bit of the cooking broth until you get a sauce. Strain the sauce, heat it in a pot, and add the meat. Adjust seasoning.

Save the leftover broth for another dish.
