Ingredients

  1. 300 gramspaneer
  2. 1big spoon poppy seeds/ posta dana/ khuskhus
  3. 1big spoon melon seeds/ kharbuja beej/ magaz
  4. 1big spoon cashews / kaju
  5. 2tomato puree
  6. Dry masala
  7. 1/2 tspcumin powder/jeera powder
  8. 1/2 tsppepper powder/ kali mirch powder
  9. 1/3 tspfunnel seeds powder/ saunf ka powder
  10. 1/3 tspcinnamon powder/ dal chini powder
  11. Pinchnutmeg powder/ jayfhal powder
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 cupfresh cream or malai
  14. 2bay leaves/ tej patta
  15. 1big cardamom/ badi elaichi
  16. 1 stickcinnamon /dal chini
  17. 2big spoon oil
  18. 2big spoon butter
  19. 1 spoonbutter and
  20. 1 tsp honey
  21. 1 spoonkasoori methi
  22. 1 glassmilk

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak cashews poppy seeds and melon seeds and make a fine paste

  2. 2

    Heat oil and butter in pan and add the whole masala

    Now add cashew paste and cook it for few minutes. Stir it continuously

    Now add tomato paste and salt and cook for few more minutes

    Add fresh cream and all the dry masala and cook till it leaves oil

    Now add milk and cook till it is thick

    When it's about to cook add kasoori methi butter and honey and cook for few seconds

    Now add pane er cubes and cook for 3-5 minutes more and then off the gas and close the pan with lid and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving
