Paneer in white gravy

Soak cashews poppy seeds and melon seeds and make a fine paste

Heat oil and butter in pan and add the whole masala

Now add cashew paste and cook it for few minutes. Stir it continuously

Now add tomato paste and salt and cook for few more minutes

Add fresh cream and all the dry masala and cook till it leaves oil

Now add milk and cook till it is thick

When it's about to cook add kasoori methi butter and honey and cook for few seconds
- 8
Now add pane er cubes and cook for 3-5 minutes more and then off the gas and close the pan with lid and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving
