400 gboiled ground beef/ boiled minced meat
1intestine of cow or goat (boiled)

Fill the intestine with the grounded beef then tie on the other end.

Fill all the intestines. Roast over heat using a wire mesh.

Roast the intestines as you turn till golden brown.

You can cut to pieces and serve. Its good if you cut over a chopping board.

Serve with salt
