  • 400 gboiled ground beef/ boiled minced meat
  • 1intestine of cow or goat (boiled)

  1. 1

    Fill the intestine with the grounded beef then tie on the other end.

  2. 2

    Fill all the intestines. Roast over heat using a wire mesh.

  3. 3

    Roast the intestines as you turn till golden brown.

  4. 4

    You can cut to pieces and serve. Its good if you cut over a chopping board.

  5. 5

    Serve with salt
