I used this recipe with left over hamburger buns and they were so good. Good on salads but I personally enjoyed them on Pablano cream soup. This is a great use of bread you anticipate will go bad before using. Store in Air tight container for freshness.

Steps

preheat oven to 350°F (175 degrees C)
- 2
melt butter in medium size saucepan over medium heat.
- 3
meanwhile cut bread to desired size (I like mine cut large)
- 4
add garlic and parmesan to saucepan and allow to cook for one minute.

take saucepan off the heat and toss in the bread pieces to coat.

once coated, place the bread pieces on a large cookie sheet to bake for 15 minutes.

baking time may vary. so once they are a golden brown they are ready.
