  2. 4steam fresh spring roll (Popiah skin)
  3. 1thin crepe optional
  4. FILLING OPTION
  5. 1/2 cupcrush peanut
  6. 1 smallgrated carrot
  7. 1 smallgrated cucumber
  8. 1 cupblanch beansprouts
  9. 1cooked scrumble egg
  10. sauce
  11. 1/2 cuphoisin sauce
  12. 1/4 cupchili sauce or peri peri sauce
  13. MEAT FILLING OPTION
  14. 1 cupdice roasted pork with 1tbsb of light soy sauce or
  15. 1 cupdice cooked chicken optional

    MEAT FILLING OPTION. .....season cooked roasted pork with 1tbsp of light soy sauce

    MIX HOISIN SAUCE WITH PERI PERI SAUCE THRN SET ASIDE

    apply a layer of mix sauce on spring roll then top filling

  4. 4

    wrap it up like a burrito

  5. 5

    as it is or cut up serve immediately
