Baba Ganoosh

My boyfriend and I ate a late and glutinous lunch at Applebee's. ( one time a year treat). We both love baba ganoosh and compromised on an "easy Saturday night dinner of dips." Which of course turned into finding the perfect homemade eggplant dip and purchasing ingredients at the grocery store like black garlic and tahini-- "easy" but did not disappoint!
