Firstly peel off the boiled potatoes.

Mash it.

Now add ghee in a kadahi.

Transfer the mashed potatoes in the ghee and keep stirring on low flame.

When its turn golden brown add cardamon powder, sugar and milk.

Stirring constantly.

Now aloo halwa is ready to serve.

Garnish with dryfruits and serve it.
