Chill the margarine in the fridge for 10 mins

Grease your baking tray

Arrange the pieces of pineapple on the tin

Rub in flour,brown sugar castor sugar and margarine until you get a sandy texture mixture. chill for 1hr in the fridge

Pour your mixture over the pineapples and press well to intact well
- 6
Bake at 180°c for 45mins until golden brown in colour on top
- 7
Cut into 8 pieces and top with pineapple sauce
