  • 2 1/2 cupflour
  • 3 tbspblack pepper
  • 3 tbspmeat tendered . unseasoned McCormick
  • 2 tbspWeber seasoning cajun
  • 1/2 tbspMorton season all
  • 3 tbspWeber zesty lemon season
  • 1 tbsproasted garlic salt by lawrys

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients togather in a gallon zip freezer bag. Shake well add fish filets and shake until fully coated. Deep fry for 6 1/2 min. Remove from frier and enjoy.
