  1. 2 1/2 cupflour
  2. 3 tbspblack pepper
  3. 3 tbspmeat tendered . unseasoned McCormick
  4. 2 tbspWeber seasoning cajun
  5. 1/2 tbspMorton season all
  6. 3 tbspWeber zesty lemon season
  7. 1 tbsproasted garlic salt by lawrys

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients togather in a gallon zip freezer bag. Shake well add fish filets and shake until fully coated. Deep fry for 6 1/2 min. Remove from frier and enjoy.
