  • 1rape of stock fish
  • 2kilo of beaf

  • 4cupes of known maggi
  • Small cup of pal oil
  • Crayfish
  • Pepper (blended)
  • Onions
  • 2 cubesreyco maggi
  • I rape of ogiri
  • 1rape of okpehe

  1. 1

    Wash the meat and stock fish cook for 15 minutes, fry the oil and onions, put the bitter leaf and green leaf, put spices and let it cook for 15 minutes and it will be ready to serve
