for 2 people

2onions big
2tomatoes small or one big one
4Garlic
Cooking oil
as requiredSalt
Ulunthu, mustard(kadugu) and perunjeeragam
Kulambu milagai thool as required

Steps

Chop onions and tomatoes as thin slender pieces
2

Heat a tava and add cooking oil and then add mustard, ulunthu and jeeragam. Then ad the garlic pieces
3

Add onions and stir till it becomes golden brown
4

Add tomatoes. Add salt as required
5

Stir.. Add cooking oil if it looks a little dry
