3Ripe tomatoes
2 tspSea salt (or regular salt)
1 tspFresh ground black pepper
1 tbspEVOO (maybe more)
4Fresh basil leaves, ripped into small pieces
2 tbspGrated cheese, Parmesan or something similar. I used Grana Padano

Slice tomatoes and lay them on a platter.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add grated cheese and fresh basil.
