  2. 2 tspSea salt (or regular salt)
  3. 1 tspFresh ground black pepper
  4. 1 tbspEVOO (maybe more)
  5. 4Fresh basil leaves, ripped into small pieces
  6. 2 tbspGrated cheese, Parmesan or something similar. I used Grana Padano

    Slice tomatoes and lay them on a platter.

    Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
