Roasted Tomato and Garlic sauce
Thick delicious!
Steps

Place olive oil in bottom of pan. Cut tomatoes in half and place in pan. Put garlic in pan also.
Season tomatoes with salt, pepper, oregano and toss in oven @375 for 20 min. I put it on Broil for 10 min, then back on back for 5.

Remove garlic as soon as it's roasted, before burning but leave tomatoes in.
When finished, add all to blender. Place towel over blender and be careful because it's hot. Blend slowly and completely, then add back to small pan.

Cook on low with wine until wine is cooked off.
Finished product will be thick, add more wine or water if you like it thinner. Doesn't need extra salt.
