Ingredients

45 mins
  • baked goods
  • 1 1/4 cupself raising flour
  • 1 cupcaster sugar
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 cupbutter or vegetable oil
  • 4eggs
  • 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    First, mix all the dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add the wet ingredients one by one by one.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients on medium speed and gradually bring to high. Mix until light and airy.

  4. 4

    Bake for 30 minutes on 180°F C /350 degrees F.

  5. 5

    Cool completely be for eating.

Super yummy I added 2 eggs instead of 4 and less sugar came out delicious !
