Mix lemon pepper marinade and Italian dressing and marinade pork loin for a few hours

Half way fry bacon

Sauté mushrooms, celery,red onion,and green onion in butter

While that's going on slice pork loin down the side ...u can place the bacon under it and wrap it but I kinda messed that up so I layered the bacon on the inside

Add cream of celery and bread crumbs to mushrooms n cook it for a few minutes then stuff it in the pork loin and try to close it with tooth picks

Pre heat oven to 425

Cook for 30 minutes uncovered

Mix cream of mushroom and one can of water n pour over loin .cover n return to oven til done
