Ingredients

  1. 1pork loin
  2. 1 bunchfresh mushrooms
  3. 1red onion chopped
  4. 1handful green onions chopped
  5. 1 packagesBACON
  6. 1 cancream of celery soup
  7. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  8. 2celery stalks chopped
  9. 1 cupItalian dressing
  10. 1 cuplawrys lemon pepper marinade
  11. 1any seasonings u like
  12. 1 cupgarlic and herb bread crums

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix lemon pepper marinade and Italian dressing and marinade pork loin for a few hours

  2. 2

    Half way fry bacon

  3. 3

    Sauté mushrooms, celery,red onion,and green onion in butter

  4. 4

    While that's going on slice pork loin down the side ...u can place the bacon under it and wrap it but I kinda messed that up so I layered the bacon on the inside

  6. 6

    Add cream of celery and bread crumbs to mushrooms n cook it for a few minutes then stuff it in the pork loin and try to close it with tooth picks

  7. 7

    Pre heat oven to 425

  8. 8

    Cook for 30 minutes uncovered

  9. 9

    Mix cream of mushroom and one can of water n pour over loin .cover n return to oven til done

Learned outta necisity... Left over cold fish sticks or BBQ weiners or eating out just didn't cut it. Learned and still cooking by trial and error with very few flops!!! More times than not I get an idea and just throw it together!!
