  • 1.1 lbspork ribs
  • 4 tablespoonsfish sauce
  • 3 tablespoonssugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  • 1 tablespoonminced garlic and onion

Steps

    Marinate the meat with the spices for about 1 hour. We use traditional homemade fish sauce, which is a bit salty, so if you use commercial brands like Chinsu or Nam Ngu, reduce the sugar. You can adjust the seasoning to taste while cooking!

    Fry until both sides are golden brown.

    Then add water until it just covers the meat.

    Cook until the sauce is thick and reduced, and the meat is tender and flavorful.

    Serve with white rice, it's a favorite!
