Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsor 1/2 kg poha
  2. 4 tsp- oil
  3. 4 tsppeanuts or groundnuts
  4. 4 tspsplit chickpea
  5. 4 tspraisins
  6. 8cashew nuts (broken)
  7. 2red chillies (broken)
  8. 2green chillies (chopped)
  9. 10_15 curry leaves
  10. 1 tspjeera
  11. 1 tspmustard
  12. 10 tspgrated dry coconut powder
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1/2 tsphaldi or turmeric powder
  15. 1/2 tspsugar
  16. 1/2 tsphing or asafoetida

Steps

    Keep poha to sunlight for 3_4 hours to get crunchy taste

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a large kadai or pan. Keep the flame low. Put mustard, allow to splutter then add green chillies, jeera, curry leaves, hing, broken red chillies, & add dry coconut powder or thin pieces, & stir it then add peanuts, split chickpeas let it roast then add raisins & broken cashew nuts, add salt and sugar switch of the gas stove. Add poha & mix it well. This is tea time evening snack
