Braised Porkchops w/ garlic, sage, and onions
When the bumper crop of Vidalia onions comes in.
Steps

Mix garlic, sage, salt and pepper in small cup. Should be sticky.

Slice up the onions, set aside.
- 3
Brown chops in 1 tsp. oil over high heat, turning once.
- 4
Reduce heat. Add garlic mix to top of chops.
- 5
Add sliced onions on top. Pour broth in bottom of pan. Cover.
- 6
Braise for 40 mins. on low heat.
- 7
Remove lid, raise heat and reduce liquid somewhat for 10 mins. Serve.
