Steps

Parboil rice for 12mins,drain water and wash.

Boil the chicken with onion,maggi,salt and thyme.

Boil the chicken for 35minutes.

Wash and cut the carrots,spring onion,onion and green pepper.

Place frying pan on fire,add groundnut oil onces is hot add green pepper,

Add carrots and green peas.

Stir and add curry,salt and mixed spice.

Then pour in tge washed parboiled rice.

Add maggi and more salt if needed and little amount of water.stir very well.

Lower the heat.and boil for 2minutes.

Cut and add salt to plantain fry with groundnut oil for 2-3minutes.
