Finely chopped onions,ginger- garlic & green chillies

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to the pan.

Now add onions,ginger- garlic & green chillies Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Now finely chopped tomatoes.

Add salt,turmeric,kashmiri red chilli,asafoetida, cinnamon powder. Saute for while then add tomatoes.

Add beans & garam masala Mix well and add 5-6 tablespoons of water. Mix and cook till done.spread dry coriander powder & Remove from heat.

Garnish with roasted cashwes.Aloo beans are ready to serve now.
